Golf club distance chart
Type how far you carry each club. You get your own chart, longest first, in yards and metres, with the gap between each club, and a card to print for the bag.

We don't save anything you type: it lives in the link in your address bar. Bookmark it and update it as your game changes.

Why your own numbers
A chart of someone else's distances tells you very little about your own game. So this tool has no typical figures in it at all: every number is yours.
Our tip: take your numbers from a range session or a launch monitor. Hit ten balls with each club and take the middle of the ones you struck well, not the best one.

How it is worked out
The tool sorts your clubs from longest to shortest and shows the drop to the next club down. It then names your biggest and smallest gaps. A big gap is a distance you have no club for. Two clubs very close together may mean one of them could go.
Yards and metres use the legal definition: one yard is exactly 0.9144 metres. Answers are rounded to the nearest whole number.
The pocket card
Press Print the pocket card for a small card with your clubs and both units. Cut along the dashed border. A line on the sheet should measure 50 mm; if it does not, print at actual size.
